Motorcade Operations & Movements
This 1-2 day course focuses on understanding the basic principles of a protective motorcade. This includes types of movements, types of motorcade and motorcade maneuvers and avoiding potential threats along the route. The training objectives in this course are 1. Understand the considerations of a motorcade. 2. Identify Motorcade configurations 3. Understand the Chain of Command, Security Agent positions and Security zones of responsibility. 4. Demonstrate proper motorcade movements and tactics. Students will also be instructed in immediate action drills being able to identify and employ the appropriate immediate action drill for a specific motorcade situation to include the drive through, reverse out, push out and ramming.
